Executive Officers

McKenna Bradley  |  President

Picture
McKenna presides at general meetings and oversees all activities. She also organizes the Business Club Fair and Annual Accounting Banquet.  ​

McKenna is a fourth-year Economics and Accounting major who interned with PwC in their San Diego audit practice this past summer. Alongside her role in UAS, McKenna serves as a Peer Advisor for the Economics Department. In her free time, she loves running, camping, and enjoying the outdoors.

​Fun fact:
McKenna is training for the Ventura Marathon in February!

Brandon Liang  |  Vice President of Internal Affairs

Brandon coordinates weekly meetings, including guest speaker arrangements and food, and records meeting minutes. He acts as President in the event that the President is unable to do so.  

Brandon is a fourth-year Economics and Accounting + Biology double major who interned with EY in their LA audit practice in Summer 2023. Alongside his role in UAS
, Brandon is co-president of the UCSB Taiwanese-American Student Association (TASA) and manages the funds for the UCSB poker club. In his free time, he loves going to the gym, traveling, and music festivals.

Fun fact: Brandon can read and write in four languages!

Lis Taylor-Sabine  |  Vice President of Recruitment

Lis plans Fall and Winter Meet the Firms and also helps organize the Annual Accounting Banquet.

Lis is a third-year Economics and Accounting major who will be interning with PwC in their LA tax practice this summer. Alongside her role in UAS, Lis works for the UCSB orientation program. In her free time, she loves 
exercise classes, especially hot yoga, running, reading, and going to concerts/watching live music.

Fun fact: Lis is pursuing a minor in professional writing!

Ein Hong  |  Vice President of Communications

Ein maintains the website, Eventbrite, Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media platforms, and produces advertisements for upcoming events. She also communicates with students regarding upcoming meetings and events.

Ein is a second-year Economics and Accounting major who will be interning with PwC in their San Jose audit practice in Summer 2026. In her free time, she enjoys origami, skiing, puzzle games, and trying new drinks and cafes.

​Fun Fact: Ein is a dual citizen of both the United States and South Korea!

Liam Loberg  |  Vice President of Finance

Liam is responsible for the safekeeping and recording of the Society's monies and membership records.

Liam is a fourth-year Economics and Accounting major who interned with EY in their Irvine audit practice this past summer. 
Alongside his role in UAS, he is a member of the Dean's Investment group and is a TAG tutor. In his free time, he enjoys cold weather, skiing, cycling, and weather forecasting.

Fun fact: Liam bought shares of his first stock when he was 12!

Amelie Coppinger  |  Vice President of Marketing and Social Engagement

Amelie creates events to retain and increase member involvement and makes classroom announcements. She also organizes and promotes the social events of the society.

Amelie is a third-year Economics and Accounting major who will be interning with EY in their San Jose audit practice this summer. In her free time, she enjoys going on ski trips, concerts, hot yoga, and reading by the beach.

Fun Fact: Amelie used to live in Paris, France!

Emily Mao  |  Internal Committee Member

Emily is an internal committee member and assists the VP of Internal Affairs with various events and matters that take place throughout the year.

Emily is a third-year Economics and Accounting major who interned with Rosewood Family Advisors this past summer and will be interning with EY in their Irvine audit practice this summer. Alongside her role in UAS, she is a TAG grader. In her free time, she enjoys
baking, watching movies, going to the beach, and hanging out with her friends.

Fun fact: Emily is learning to read Tarot cards!​

Sanjeeta Pannu  | Recruitment Committee Member

Sanjeeta is a recruitment committee member and assists the VP of Recruitment with various events and matters that take place throughout the year. 

Sanjeeta is a second-year Economics and Accounting major who will be interning with EY in their SF audit practice in Summer 2026. In her free time, she enjoys reading, watching bad TV, yoga and pilates classes, and keeping up with her favorite teams in the Spanish La Liga.

Fun fact: Sanjeeta loves the New York Times games, particularly Sudoku!

​Avery Lee  |  Marketing and Social Engagement Committee Member

Avery is a marketing and social engagement committee member and assists the VP of Marketing and Social Engagement with various events and matters that take place throughout the year.

Avery is a third-year Economics and Accounting major who will be interning with KPMG in their SF audit practice this summer. In his free time, he enjoys lifting, playing basketball, fantasy football, and spontaneous late night drives.

Fun fact: Avery enjoys listening to country music!

Faculty Advisor

Doug Kulper, BS, MBA, JD, CPA  |  Faculty Advisor

Picture
Professor Kulper received his BS and MBA from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and earned his law degree at the University of Utah. Prior to law school, he was a supervising senior at Arthur Young & Co. (now Ernst & Young). He later was managing partner of Ferguson Case Orr Paterson, the largest law firm in Ventura County, where he practiced business law for two decades. Now he teaches and advises impressive students at UCSB full-time.

On the side, Professor Kulper runs Casa Gialla Vineyards & Farm (@
casagiallavineyards). He donates his Casa Gialla wine to the UAS for its annual awards banquet and to guest speakers at UAS meetings. His modest farm also produces multiple varieties of table grapes, apples, berries, olives, and figs. He is a huge college football and NFL fan and loves to play golf and follow the stock market.​
