Pension Assurance Case Competition

Pension Assurance would like to invite you to attend their first ever Case Competition!

Pension Assurance is excited to present this opportunity that will enhance your personal and professional skill sets. This event will help you further develop your research, team-building, critical thinking, and analytical abilities.

Students will be divided into teams of 2-5. Each team will work together over the weekend to prepare a PowerPoint presentation on the topic of the SECURE Act (further details and instructions will be provided) as  well as a one-page summary in Word. On Tuesday, March 2, 2021, each team will have 15 minutes to present their findings to the judges and submit a one-page summary in Word. The top 3 teams with the most informative, creative, and well thought-out presentations and written summaries will win prizes up to $1,500.

Eligibility: To be eligible to participate, you must be an accounting major (or pursue a minor in accounting).

Rules:
- Teams cannot ask for help from individuals other than your teammates.
- Every member on the team must speak during the presentation.
- HAVE FUN! This event is for you to gain experience and further expand your connections!

If you are interested in participating, please RSVP HERE no later than Friday, February 19, 2021. More information about the requirements for the presentation and one-page summary as well as who will be on your team will be released on Friday, February 26, 2021.
